Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for recruitment or consulting services. Tantus Group is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or misleading client-provided data.
All candidate placements are subject to availability, client approval, and final selection processes. Tantus Group does not guarantee permanent employment retention after placement unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
All fees for consulting or recruitment services will be clearly defined prior to engagement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding business information, candidate data, and proprietary processes. Tantus Group ensures secure handling of all client and candidate data in compliance with applicable standards.
Tantus Group shall not be held liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or decisions made based on candidate selection or consulting recommendations. Final hiring and business decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed contract terms. Any outstanding payments or deliverables up to the termination date will remain payable and enforceable.
